Ok this concerns the J1s definitely, not too sure about the J2s. Directly from mr kwok, All J1s please key in your cip hours that you have done for events into VCSD ECIP "BY THIS FRIDAY"(I think). Please put teacher as mr kwok. All I/Cs of event please send yu an the report so mr kwok can have it to validate our cip hours. Those of you who are I/Cs please email the respective members the hours that they have contributed for the event. This is all tentative so will update once mr kwok confirms all the details tmr. NOTE: SCHOOL EVENT SUCH AS QUIZZES AND OPEN HOUSE AND WHAT NOT ARE NOT COUNTED AS CIP HOURS. ONLY CONCERTS AND SUCH. PLEASE DO TAKE NOTE.
