So PA Crew before you come down for any event, make it a point to ask who else are coming down. Quiz and symposium would need only 2 people on average on the actual day and a lot of people. on the taping day. If anyone else have realise, we have been pretty much 'toe ba lei' (reversely applying). So, people please take note.

For those asking people to come down for events, please do reject if there are too many people coming down. Don't feel bad for rejecting them after they have agreed to come. If there are many who agree to come down like dance, (though it's unlikely that this should happen again), learn to reject, tactfully.  How to do so? Ask our grandma! =D
Not rejecting some people tactfully, will make some of your crew feel left out and hurt their feelings. In some sense, maybe giving people multiple duties such that they cannot finish their job and ask for help maybe a good idea... >.<

Also, if there are specific time slots that some cannot make it, please do rotate people, so that some of us would not miss a lot of lessons.
Should we come up with a duty roster for events? I don't mind doing one. My parents have been pestering me to...>.< However, I'm having second thoughts about starting it, unless everyone makes a pact to follow it or be as enthu as this blog, it is otherwise rendered useless. (I did one in secondary school, it wasn't effective and was scrapped >.<) --- (seems that our JTS, T-Shirt design are going down the same road. I hope it would not happen to this blog, though it's too early to say.)

Also, please do not leave the switching off of hall system to the current 5 people for the whole year. Please rotate to another 5 after week 3 of term 3. Sharing of experience. =D Especially since I am not sure if all of them stay back to do it due to their strong sense of responsibility and without the 'out of convenience at the same time' part. Also, it would give everyone an opportunity to play with the mixer and system as not everybody will get to play with the mixer often due to the 'specialization'  for more effective allocation of resources.

Oops, I'm starting to go economics like Jun Jin, and should kor kor (referring to tribute here) read this post, he is going to shake his head and sigh - "writing essay again... " heehee. Word Count: 392(not including Wei Xiao's comment and this paragraph)
